Sam Laidlaw, Julian Metherall & Jim Prower invite the Race Committee and all competitors for drinks at/on the RYS Platform from 1800. Hopefully, the weather will allow the use of the lawn but, if not, there will be plenty of room for all.
TUESDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER
Class Meeting
LOCATION: Pavilion
TIMINGS: 18:00 – 19:00
It is proposed that the Class should meet to consider its future, the timing and location of the Quarter Ton Cup and the sailing programme and fixtures list for 2023. This meeting will also be held in the RYS Pavilion, where the bar will be open. The objective will be to conclude this meeting by 1900.
An agenda will be available prior to the meeting. Accordingly, could all those who wish to attend and a maximum of two delegates per boat is suggested, please “register” this prior to 1800 on Sunday 4th September 2022 by emailing jim.prower@quartertonclass.com and ALSO indicate their attendance (naming who will attend) on either the Class WhatsApp Group (please text Jim Prower on 07973 362520 if you need to join this) or the RYS’s QTC 2022 Telegram Group. An indication of the number attending is needed.

Prizegiving: Pavilion
TIMINGS: Straight after racing
As per the NoR and the SIs, competitors will be informed by VHF and Telegram when the prize giving will be held in the RYS Pavilion.
