Athena Pathway, the British team competing in the PUIG Women’s America’s Cup, has kicked off the history-making event with a race win. The team, supported by Cobham Ultra and representing the Royal Yacht Squadron Ltd, is one of 12 teams competing in the first ever Women’s America’s Cup in the competition’s 173-year history. The Brits ended the first race day in second place overall with a scorecard of 1-3-2-2.
